Cancellation & Refund Policy

CruzenBook is a subscription to an online service operated by Cruzen Digital. This page explains how to cancel and when a refund is given.
Free plan
The free plan costs nothing and needs no cancellation. You can simply stop using it.
Cancelling a paid plan
A paid plan is bought for a fixed term — one month or one year — and does not renew automatically. You can stop at any time by not buying another term. To cancel a current term, write to info@cruzendigital.com from the mobile number or email on the account, or call +91 80621 80749.
When a paid term ends or is cancelled, the account returns to the free plan. Your data is not deleted; features above the free plan simply stop being available.
Refunds
- Within 7 days of a first purchase. If the service does not work for you, write to us within 7 days of your first paid purchase and we will refund it in full.
- Duplicate or failed payments. If you were charged twice for the same term, or money was taken but the plan did not activate, we refund the extra amount in full. Tell us and we will check the payment reference.
- After 7 days. A term already running is generally not refundable, because the service was available for that period. If something went wrong at our end — an extended outage, or a feature your plan includes not working — contact us and we will put it right, which may include a pro-rata refund or an extension of your term.
How a refund is paid
Approved refunds go back to the original payment method through our payment partner. We start the refund within 3 business days of approving it. Your bank or card issuer usually credits it within 5 to 10 business days after that; the exact timing is theirs, not ours.
How to raise a request
Email info@cruzendigital.com with your registered mobile number and the order reference shown on your payment confirmation. We acknowledge within 2 business days and aim to resolve within 7.
