CruzenBook is a digital service. Nothing is physically shipped, so no shipping charges or delivery addresses apply to any purchase.

How a purchase is delivered

A plan is delivered electronically to the account that bought it. Once the payment is confirmed by our payment partner, the plan is activated on that account automatically — normally within a few seconds, and in any case within 24 hours. The features it unlocks then appear on the website and in the Android and iOS apps for the same account, with no separate download or activation step.

If a plan does not activate

If money has left your account and the plan has not activated within 24 hours, write to info@cruzendigital.com with your registered mobile number and the order reference from your payment confirmation. We will either activate the plan or refund the payment — see our Cancellation & Refund Policy.

Service area

The service is built for businesses in India and is billed in Indian Rupees. It is reachable anywhere there is an internet connection.
